Commercial Service Technician

We’re looking for motivated, hands-on go-getters to join our growing team of Service Technicians. Whether you're just starting out or looking to take your skills to the next level, we offer up to two years of paid, on-the-job training with experienced pros who will show you the ropes.
??? What You’ll Be Doing:
- Travel to commercial job sites in a company-provided vehicle
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety testing on entry systems
- Prep job sites and install new equipment
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace parts on existing systems
- Remove outdated equipment and install modern solutions
- Complete work orders and documentation with accuracy and professionalism

?? Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work at heights up to 40 ft
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
?? Pay & Perks:
- Starting Pay: $45,000–$52,000/year
- Experienced Techs: $65,000+ annually
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
- Company vehicle provided
